Derren Brown’s The Heist show the other night was most interesting because of it’s use of Milgram’s classic experiment. A famous scientific experiment of social psychology, many believe it to be unethical to perform nowadays given the potential for lasting psychological damage that could be inflicted on the test subjects. This brought me to recall other psychological experiments that could now be considered unethical.
